Our story begins way back in the 1980s when Dicky Padayachy set up a carpet business in Witbank. Dicky’s Wall to Wall Carpets became a household name in the area, with one of its most memorable jobs being the installation of carpets in the Rovos Rail train carriages.As technologies and fashions changed, the company began moving into laminate flooring and became an approved installer for Builders warehouse (Mass Mart) in Witbank, eventually becoming one of their biggest contracting installers.In 2014 the company moved to Vanderbijlpark and changed its name to Laminated Flooring to align with its new focus on laminate flooring, vinyl flooring and window blinds.Today the company is run by Dicky’s daughter Kumeshni and team. They are a preferred distributor and wholesaler with the biggest direct importers of laminate flooring and vinyl flooring in South Africa and are approved installers of top international brands such as Fin Floor and Inovar.Kumeshni and her team are renowned for their expert knowledge and for the personalised décor advice they give clients.
