Since 2006, Troy Hermans has owned and run the customer focused Port Elizabeth branch of Top Carpets and Floors. The operation supplies and installs blinds, together with a wide selection of flooring surfaces: carpets, vinyl, laminates and wood, and his capable team treats each assignment with integrity and care.

An example of their mastery is the completion of flooring for the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Art Museum in Port Elizabeth.  The team also travels far afield in the Eastern Cape to lay their products for a diverse clientele in the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
