This notice will help you understand the unique qualities of oak and what to expect in your final order so there are no surprises, only satisfaction.

Before You Place Your Order, Please Note:

1. Natural Variation

Oak is a living, natural timber. Variations in grain, colour, and texture are not flaws — they are the hallmarks of authenticity, giving each plank its own unique personality.

2. Sample vs. Final Product

We carefully prepare our samples to reflect our product’s quality and finish. However, slight differences in tone or shade can occur between your sample and the delivered product. This is completely normal for natural wood.

3. No Returns for Natural Variation

Once your order is placed and staining has been applied, returns or changes cannot be made due to these natural variations.

4. Acclimatisation is Essential

Before installation, solid oak profiles must be acclimatised on-site. This crucial step minimises the risk of moisture-related movement or distortion once installed.

5. Profile Dimensions

All profile sizes follow standard industry tolerances. Minor variations within these tolerances are standard and acceptable.
