Job Title: Sales Admin Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general correspondence.
Assist with invoicing and issuing delivery notes.
Maintain accurate records and organise office documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Manage office supplies and place orders when required.
Assist with scheduling, filing, and other office-related tasks.
Sales Administration
Assist the sales team with order processing and administrative tasks.
Communicate with customers regarding orders and general enquiries.
Maintain customer records and update information when required.
Assist walk-in customers when needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
