Essential services supplier

Finfloor SA will be operating as a supplier to essential services and will be happy to provide documents in support of our status as required

We are operating under the following criteria as stipulated in Level 4 on https://sacoronavirus.co.za/covid-19-risk-adjusted-strategy/: Wholesale and retail trade, covering stores, spaza shops, eCommerce and informal traders

  • Hardware, components and supplies required by any qualified tradespersons solely for the purpose of emergency repairs at residential homes
  • Hardware, components and supplies required by any entity engaged in the provision of essential services for any project related to the provision of water, electricity or other essential services

Our operating Hours will be 09H00 to 12H00 daily MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Please be aware of the following :

  • We will be attending to clients by appointment only – you can contact our teams as per the list provided at the bottom of this email
  • All orders must be emailed to orders@finfloor.co.za with the below:
    • Copy of your Essential Service Certificate
    • A signed disclaimer stating that the supplies will be for essential services or supplied as above (This can be completed and signed on collection)
    • In the case of outlying and remote areas a signed scan of the completed disclaimer must be provided before stock can be released
    • Disclaimer is available via mail from orders@finfloor.co.za or any of the staff listed at the bottom of this mail
  • All other necessary documentation must be supplied in order to release stock (digital copies are acceptable)
  • You need be wearing CLOTH MASKS and adhere to all measures required by Government regulations
  • You will be screened and sanitizer will be provided at the doorYou must collect if at all possible
  • Deliveries CAN be arranged for clients who are unable to collect or are outlying however all deliveries are being performed by an external provider and will be subject to delivery charges (including local which will be charged as per ZONE 2 on the pricelist) as well as requiring all necessary documentation to qualify as an essential supply item (in outlying areas)
  • Please note courier deliveries may be subject to extended delivery time frames however these will be advised on a case by case basis

In order to ensure the health & safety of you our valued clients and our staff we will be implementing the below measures :

  • All persons entering the property will be screened for symptoms as per Government regulations
  • Only one client will be allowed to enter the building and be attended to at a time
  • All workstations and equipment are being disinfected and sanitized regularly
  • Sanitizers will be provided at entrances and at all workstations
  • All staff will be sanitizing regularly and adhering to all health & safety guidelines at all times
  • Our staff have been trained on measures to minimize contact and maximise Health & Safety and are outfitted with the necessary PPE
  • All stock released will be disinfected as loaded
