Life happens, running a business is tough and we are here to support you through the process. With this in mind and in order to ensure we keep client returns fair we have implemented a returns procedure. Our easy returns procedure on what can be returned is outlined below.
Under what circumstances can I return stock?
We understand that you potentially over order to make sure you have enough stock to cover site wastages during installations and we therefore allow for you to return stock if:
- You over ordered and have closed boxes to return after a completed installation
- Your job gets cancelled
- The client changes their mind on colour or quantity
- Your client fails to pay, and the job by default is therefore cancelled
Will I get a refund or credit?
Refunds are at management’s discretion. Stock can be returned for a full credit if:
- The box is sealed and full
- The box is not damaged
- The stock is from our current ranges
Note: we do not accept returns on stained engineered flooring or profiles, underlays and profiles, stock that was invoiced more than 8 weeks ago and discontinued colours. Download T&C’s here.
Good returned via out logistic company are subject to a 15% handling fee.
What do I need to do to get a refund on returned stock?
Super Easy, all you need to do is send back your closed boxes of undamaged stock to our nearest warehouse with original invoice to one of the following staff member authorised to receive goods.

How long will it take to get a refund?
You will receive a refund or credit within 2 weeks of your stock being returned.
